Calling in sick

One morning Sam calls up to his office and says, " Hey Boss, I cant come in to work today?" The boss goes, " Well, Why not?"
Sam replies, " I’m feelin’ sick"
The boss asks, " How sick are you?"
Sam frustrated goes, " Well, I’m home fucking my sister, How sick is that?".
